Bringing over a decade of focused experience in Antitrust and Competition Law, Zenia has counselled domestic and multinational clients through the evolving regulatory landscape of the Indian competition regime. Over the course of her career, she has worked on a wide range of competition law issues ranging from cross-border merger control to complex behavioural matters.

With extensive experience on the merger control front she has advised on an array of corporate and commercial transactions, including strategic M&A transactions, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings across a wide range of sectors. On the enforcement side, Zenia has represented clients in high profile antitrust investigations before the Competition Commission of India.

In addition to enforcement and transactional work, Zenia regularly advises on structuring commercial agreements and business initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate competition law risks. She also assists clients in conducting internal audits, designing compliance programmes, and training management on the nuances of the Indian competition regime.
