Manav specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, Data Privacy and Employment Law matters, with over two decades of experience. Over the years, he has represented and acted for both strategic and financial investors in a wide range of transactions including high-stake investments, acquisitions, and sale transactions involving share/asset sales and acqui-hires.

His experience spans advising companies and businesses across diverse industries and sectors such as technology, financial services and fintech, manufacturing, consumer, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and real estate. In addition to the transactional work, Manav actively provide advisory on legal and regulatory matters relating to Fintech, Data Privacy and AI.

Manav previously also held the position of National Representative for India at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Brussels from the year 2020 to 2023.
