Jhinook heads the Projects & Infrastructure and Banking & Finance practices of the firm.

With over a decade of experience, she holds an expertise in providing advisory to her diverse clientele, from domestic to international clients, across various sectors including renewable and conventional energy, nuclear power, transmission, roads, logistics, airports, ports, oil & gas, waste management, and mining. Jhinook’s expertise covers the full spectrum of project lifecycle, including investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, PPP models, regulatory compliance issues and exits.

In the Banking and Finance area, Jhinook has handled complex financing structures and advised developers, banks, non-banking financial institutions, foreign portfolio investors and alternative investment funds in their financing transactions in India. She has also represented borrowers, sponsors, and lenders across sectors, including on transactions involving rupee and foreign currency debt, structured and mezzanine finance, co-obligor finance, cross-collateralized finance, restructuring and debenture issuances.
